Ann Crockett-McLean

PTS Insight Owner, Ann, is an experienced and qualified coach, fully committed to ensuring her clients find clarity, feel confident and gain the belief to drive them towards successful outcomes. Her clients describe her coaching style as supportive, comfortable, insightful yet focused and challenging. Ann is energetic and results-focused; she encourages her clients to think deeper and wider and strives to enable them to find effective solutions. Ann's client base is varied spanning across public and private sector organisations. Most of her clients are in leadership roles looking to enhance their performance, usually through greater self-awareness, clarity of thinking or enhanced self-belief. Using her knowledge in personality profiling she is able to help clients understand how they impact on others and seek ways to have greater influence on others in an authentic way. Ann's coaching extends to her love for hockey and she is an England Hockey Level 2 coach.
