PPM Power and Performance Measures
PPM Power and Perfomance Measures is a series of nine separate tests that can be
used effectively within recruitment and career development.
These tests are particularly beneficial when assessing management potential. By adopting
PPM Power and Performance measures PTS have assisted organisations with their management and leadership development, succession planning and outplacement.
PPM Power tests measure approaches to reasoning, which do not change over time and assess aptitude rather than actual performance.
