The PTS Insight expertise in performance management focuses primarily on resolving under performance of individuals and teams. In most circumstances behaviour is at the core of the under-performance. Quite often working relationships have broken down and senior managers find it hard to objectively assess and resolve the situation.

PTS Insight has a proven track record, working effectively with individuals to increase their awareness of their behaviour and performance and its impact on others. Our consultants work closely with individuals to put in place strategies to resolve areas of difficulty and improve performance.
