Time to Think®

Given how much of our working lives are spent in meetings, it’s essential to create environments where every voice is genuinely heard and meaningful progress can be made. I’ve seen repeatedly that the quality of thinking within a team directly influences outcomes, culture, and the ability to unlock people’s best contributions.

After reading Time To Think® by Nancy Kline, I immersed myself into the methodology, attending workshop and ultimately qualifying as a Time To Think facilitator.

I now specialise in facilitating team sessions and delivering transforming meeting workshops to help organisations harness the power of high quality thinking and more effective collaboration.
